Lui Frei is a trained menswear tailor based in Zurich. Working from a small studio, he designs, drafts patterns, and constructs every piece by hand, with a focus on bags and clothing. Shipping

All orders ship from the Zurich studio. As a small operation, please allow up to three business days for processing and dispatch; same-day shipping isn’t guaranteed. Within Switzerland shipments are sent with Swiss Post or DHL with tracking, and international orders are sent with DHL with tracking. International orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes charged by the destination country; these fees are the customer’s responsibility and are payable directly to the carrier. If such fees are not paid and a parcel is returned, no refund is issued; instead, a credit note is provided minus any shipping, handling, and return charges. Refunds & Exchanges

Because the studio works in small batches and by hand, refunds and standard exchanges are not offered except in exceptional cases. If an order arrives and you are not satisfied, please email within four days of delivery and the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved return must be unused, clean, and complete in its original packaging. Resolutions are usually credit notes issued minus shipping and handling. Credit notes do not expire and can be redeemed on a future release; launches are irregular, so a next product or date estimate cannot be provided.

Repairs

Each piece is handmade and tested in Zurich. If a construction issue occurs, a repair service is available; the customer covers shipping and handling to the studio, and options and costs are confirmed before any work.
